  • seats 40 people theatre style and smaller groups in either a 'U' formation or board room style
  • audio-visual facilties - top quality data projector with screen and built in speakers, TV with video and an electronic whiteboard (all included in the cost).
  • kitchenette, ideal for preparing light refreshments
  • small deck with outstanding views over Long Bay Beach

 

MERC Weddings

Standard Wedding package includes: rear hall

  • Access to the MERC venue from 6pm on Friday until 9am on the Sunday morning.
  • Exclusive use of our stunning main hall area for up to 150 guests.
  • Exclusive access to a large kitchen area (ideal for food preparation) and the dining area for the full hire period.
  • 1 disabled friendly washroom facility in the hall & 2 washrooms in the dining area.
  • Price includes rubbish collection fees and sundry items.
  • 20 trestle tables and 110 chairs.
